Wematter announces the opening of its new branch office in Halmstad, Sweden, called Wematter Academy. The west coast located facility will serve as the company’s flagship location and offers a comprehensive center for learning, innovation, and customer engagement.
The Wematter Academy is equipped with a training center for service technicians, where the company’s experts will offer training and support to resellers and partners on the use and maintenance of Wematter’s 3D printing solutions.
The facility also features a product showroom where customers can experience the Gravity ecosystem. Gravity is a unique 3D printing platform that includes software, hardware, and materials. The showroom will provide customers with a hands-on experience of Wematter’s products and capabilities, helping them to make informed decisions about their 3D printing needs.

“We have opened these new facilities which we call the Wematter Academy, which is basically a combined showroom and training center. Here we’ll receive potential and existing customers along with partners who get to undergo a product demonstration or a multi-day training to be able to service and maintain our machines”, says Robert Kniola, founder, and CEO of Wematter.
Inhouse printing farm for internal and external needs
One of the most exciting features of the Wematter Academy is the OnDemand printing service. The OnDemand service allows customers to quickly and easily order customized parts and products, either for internal or external use. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge SLS technology, allowing Wematter to quickly produce high-quality parts, from prototypes to end-use products.
The Wemote control panel guides the user through all the maintenance steps.
Ready for conferences and events gatherings
The Wematter Academy also includes areas for conferences and events, providing a platform for the company to showcase its products and engage with customers, partners, and industry experts.
